There is nothing more satisfying to us than transforming raw acreage into a well manicured lot anchored with a beautiful home. We pride ourselves on building homes that people actually stop to look at, become big eyed with, and comment on how stunning it is. Each home should be carefully thought out for aesthetics, functionality and long term durability. We build homes to be proud of- not just another house.

Quality

We take on only one project at a time and perform almost all of the work ourselves. This enables us to be on the site daily supervising all work. If there is a question it gets answered immediately. If there is a small problem, it is corrected before it becomes a large one. Any flaw is remedied. Attention to detail, no matter how small is how we achieve such a high quality standard.

Integrity

With proper building systems and practices along with appropriate material selections, our homes may initially cost more. The additional cost is offset by savings on utilities, maintenance and future repairs. A home is a very large investment. If approached with a penny wise and pound foolish attitude, an inferior house will end up costing much more than a well built home over the course of your ownership.
