Computer Aided Design & Drafting

Custom Design:

Want this, don’t want that. Will this look odd? What colors go together? Our CADD system enables us to not only change sizing and structure quickly but rendered views are only a mouse click away. You can actually view your home in 2D, 3D, various overviews and we can even put your furniture (to scale) into the model. Most all questions and concerns can be addressed easily before any work has commenced. This ability saves everyone involved time, money and frustration.

Specific:

We engineer to the design criteria of the 2009 IRC. If we are in doubt about any structural specifications, we consult with a structural engineer. A home without proper structure will probably never collapse but will almost certainly have many major problems.

Design only:

We can also work with clients to create designs for use with a contractor of their choice or if they choose to GC the home themselves. The working drawings will be the same as if it were one of our own jobs.

Drafting only:

We can assist other firms in the area with drafting only.
